Greg Aasen is a founder and the chief strategy officer at PMC-Sierra.
Previously he was vice president and general manager of the
Communications Products Division. Prior to that, Mr. Aasen was chief
operating officer and chief technology officer of the Company. Bringing
over 20 years of experience to the semiconductor industry, Mr. Aasen
began his career at Mitel where he held both product and design
engineering positions. In 1986, he joined MPR Teltech and later
established the Pacific Microelectronic Centre (PMC), MPR Teltech's
first business division. In 1992, Mr. Aasen's vision was realized when
PMC-Sierra was spun-out from MPR Teltech through an investment from
Sierra Semiconductor. Mr. Aasen currently serves on the Board of
Directors for Sutus, Sierra Wireless, and the BC Innovation Council. In
June 2000, Mr. Aasen was named "Person of the Year" by the B.C.
Technology Industries Association. He was awarded "Entrepreneur of the
Year" in BC from Ernst & Young in 1996. Mr. Aasen received a
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
British Columbia in 1979.

Phil Holland is an accomplished entrepreneur and has engineered several
award winning technology products. Prior to founding Sutus, Phil was a
founder and CEO of Circa Communications, Inc. a developer of high
quality business VoIP telephones. Circa was acquired by Polycom Inc.
(PLCM NASX) in September 2000. Prior to Circa, he was the Chief
Technology Officer at DBA Telecom, where he led the company's design
efforts for analog and digital telecommunication. He was the founding
Chair of the TIA TR41.3.4 (now TR41.4.4) working group that is
developing standards for VoIP telephones.

Geoff is a registered Professional Engineer and has 14 years experience
in industrial automation and process control. Prior to joining the BDC
in 2001, he worked for Asea Brown Boveri and Bailey Canada - large
multi-national industrial process control suppliers. He brings with him
diverse operational experience from the process automation industry.
His experience includes field service, system commissioning,
engineering, management, marketing and sales. He currently administers
BDC Venture Capital's 'Advanced Technology' portfolio in Western
Canada. These include investments in companies that focus on
Semiconductors, Alternative Energy, Electronics, Advanced Materials and
Clean Technologies. He is active on the boards of a number of early
stage companies. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an
Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University. He has also completed the
Canadian Securities Course.

Joe is VP Investments at GrowthWorks Capital and focuses on information
technology and communications. Joe began his career as a venture
capitalist nine years ago at the Business Development Bank of Canada
before joining GrowthWorks in 2004. Before that, Joe worked in
technical sales and sales management for US Filter and prior to that he
was a Civil Engineer with a general contractor in Northern Ontario.Joe
is on the Boards of Teradici, ResponseTek, Bycast, and Layer 7.

Trent Punnett leads Marketing and Corporate Development for Sierra Wireless,
with responsibility for global marketing and product management, business,
product, and M&A strategy and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining
Sierra Wireless, Trent spent 14 years in senior positions with Motorola Inc.
in Vancouver, Chicago, and San Diego leading marketing, product management,
business development and sales functions. During his career at Motorola,
Trent worked with wireless data, cellular infrastructure, VOIP, WiFi,
broadband cable and DSL technologies, and he has significant experience in
international markets and with major wireless and wireline telecom
customers. Previous to Motorola, Trent was involved in the management
consulting and commercial banking industries. Trent holds a Master of
Science, Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from the
University of British Columbia and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian
Bankers.

Shawn brings more than 14 years of executive leadership experience in
the Internet and computer service industry to his position of Executive
Vice President of Sutus. Prior to undertaking this role he was
president of Conducive Corporation a New York based online advertising
company which acquired ADZILLA new media, a company he was CEO of and
co-founded in 2003. Formerly he was the Chairman and CEO of Voyus Ltd.,
a leading remote IT solutions company he co-founded in 1998. Shawn was
instrumental in growing Voyus to more than 120 employees and $22
million in revenues in a three-year period. Shawn’s high-tech career
began with Canada Internet Direct a pioneering ISP that became one of
Canada’s largest independents prior to being sold to Look
Communications. Shawn was named one of Vancouver’s “Top 40 Under 40”
Entrepreneurs of the Year by Business in Vancouver and has also earned
two nominations for the Ernst and Young “Entrepreneur of the Year”
award, a prestigious Canada-wide competition. Shawn is a Business
Administration graduate with a specialization in Marketing Management.

Tracy is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) with over 14 years of
financial and strategic planning expertise with both publicly listed
and private companies. Tracy was instrumental in successfully raising
in excess of $10 million in equity financing in addition to the
negotiation and management of more than $60 million in project and
operating financing. His strengths include the implementation and
integration of operating technology and financial reporting systems.

Mr. Baker was V.P. of Engineering and CTO of Circa Communications and
helped lead the company to a successful acquisition by Polycom in April
2001. Peter was responsible for the engineering teams that successfully
brought the SoundPoint IP telephones to market in 2001 and went on to
server as the Director of Technology of the Voice Communications
Division of Polycom until 2003. Since then he has served as the CTO of
Sutus Inc., where he has worked to bring innovative small business
communications and networking products to market. Mr. Baker has broad
experience and a skill set spanning the applied and pure sciences
primarily in the fields of electrical engineering, computer science,
and networking. He has made contributions to the TIA standards for VOIP
telephony (TIA 810A, TIA 920, TIA 811A) and also participated in IETF
sessions. Mr. Baker has extensive experience in both the business and
the educational sectors, serving as faculty and Chair of the Department
of Computer Science of Langara College.

John Wigboldus brings over 17 years of experience to his position as VP
Sales and Channel Development at Sutus. An entrepreneurial veteran of
the technology and telecommunications industry, John has experience
that spans operations, marketing, sales, and business development with
companies such as TELUS, AT&T International,
MetroNet/AT&T Canada, C1 Communications, Radian Communications,
Q-media Services, and Voyus/IP Applications. Most recently, as the VP
of Sales and Business Development for ADZILLA new media, he oversaw the
creation and implementation of the company’s “go to market” business
development strategy for securing partnerships with ISPs and related
technology companies. He has a B.A. from the University of British
Columbia and participated in the BCIT Sales and Marketing program.

Gary is an engineering manager with experience leading large teams in
the development of multiple hardware and software products for the
telecommunications and networking industry. He believes in strong
project management, controlled process, and solid team building. He has
previously taken engineering groups through ISO and SEI CMM
certification. Prior to Sutus he held engineering management positions
with Intel, Trillium Digital Systems and Newbridge Networks.

Jon Paul is a seasoned product management leader with more than 12
years experience. He is skilled in effective product marketing,
management and evangelism, stakeholder relationship management,
communications, business partnership development, team building and
mentoring. Past roles have included Director of the Product Development
Group at Adzilla New Media, Senior Management at SPORG.COM, Product
Manager at Class Software Solutions PTY Ltd. and Marketing Chair for
the Vancouver Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Association. Jon Paul
has an MBA in Digital Technologies from Royal Roads University and a BA
from the University of British Columbia.

In the software industry since 1989, Mike Sample (B.Sc.,M.Sc. computer
science, UBC) has enjoyed various roles such as chief architect,
company founder, consultant, and university lecturer. After selling his
company, NSG Network Software Group, he researched transactional
distributed systems at Open Text. His areas of expertise and interest
are distributed systems, communication protocols, security, and
enterprise systems. While completing his M.Sc., he authored the widely
adopted open-source ASN.1 compiler, SNACC (1993). Mike is a past member
of the W3C Advisory Committee and UDDI Advisory Board and has published
several journal and conference papers.
