Small businesses (fewer than 25 employees) represent a large and relatively untouched market for VoIP and ITSP services. This session will examine both challenges and solutions available to small businesses wishing to use voice and other higher value IP services and how ISP's can position their voice and higher value services to competitively harvest the voice minutes utilized by small business.
