The SUTUS Connector integrates your Business Central, PC and Polycom phone to provide number searches to click to dial capabilities and incoming caller ID screen notifications on your PC. Additional features using system search and contact creation capabilities improve business processes while enhancing your business service standard with increased call handling.
Click to Dial & Staying a Step Ahead
Instead of searching through Microsoft Outlook® or your corporate directory for a phone number, type a contact name into the search field and it will access the phone numbers for you. Select the contact and click to dial your Polycom phone. The simplified dialing process saves time while providing the added functionality of creating emails or tasks with contact, time, and date fields auto-completed.

Incoming Calls to Caller Information
For incoming calls a notification will appear on your screen that only requires a click to answer your Polycom phone. Using the caller ID of any received call, the SUTUS Connector searches your PC for the contact’s information allowing you to open an Outlook record or use Windows Search to find related documents and emails referencing the contact. You can also use the application to create new emails or tasks for the incoming call.
When an inbound call has no existing record to reference, you can create a new contact record from the SUTUS Connector. Choose to add an Outlook contact, add information and save the record into your system. Follow up is made easy by selecting the create email or task options.

Searching your System and the Web
The SUTUS Connector performs integrated searches of your existing systems using caller ID or a contact name. Hunting through records stored in Outlook, and Active Directory, the application provides the information you require in one simple-to-use location.
Not only does the SUTUS Connector search your Outlook or Active Directories, it also reaches out to the web using GoogleMaps® and GoogleSearch®. Helping you acquire the contact information for potential business partners, cold call contacts, hotels in San Francisco, or local Italian restaurants. Use this information to create contacts, emails, tasks or just simply to make a call.
