These release notes describe the new features, resolved issues, and
known issues in this version of Business Central 200.

NEW FEATURES - VERSION 1.7.1
======================================================================
The following features were added in version 1.7.1 of Sutus Business
Central 200.

Feature 4286 - Available / Unavailable Call Flows
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time of day based or manually set call flow selection is now
supported for all workspaces. To make use of this feature:
- Configure when your workspaces (personal and/or shared) are
available each day of the week
- Configure where you would like your calls to go when your
workspace is available and unavailable.

This feature may be useful for workspaces that receive calls from
outside lines such as Reception. By default, all workspaces will
be configured as available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Feature 4760 - Improved Incoming Call Alerts
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To help employees identify which number was called when their
phone rings, each workspace can now be configured with their
own distinctive ring tone and caller ID order.

Distinctive ring tones allows an employee who's phone is a
destination for multiple call flows ( ie, personal and as a
member of a shared workspace such as sales) to have an audible
signal as to who the calling party was trying to reach.

Caller ID order allows a workspace to configure if they prefer
the calling person's number or the workspace called first. This
feature may also be useful for employees who are members of
multiple call flows that have phones that truncate the caller ID.

Feature 2799 - Dial 0 From Voice Mail
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central now allows callers, who reach a workspace's
voice mail box, the option of dialing 0 to be transfered to the
Reception workspace.

Feature 4872 - Call Flow Management Tool
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To help manage how all calls are handled by Business Central, a
new "Manage Call Flows" tool has been added for System
Administrators.

Feature 4051 - Interoffice Dialing
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For companies that have more than one location, multiple Business
Central systems can now be configured to support interoffice
dialing. By configuring this feature, locations can:
- have simple dialing across locations
- have seamless access to calls and voice mail for multi-site
employees
- utilize staff access locations via interoffice transfer, park
and page
- reduce long distance charges via remote location external
dialing

Feature 4774 - XO Communications VoIP Provider Support
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Support for XO Communications VoIP service has been added to
Business Central. Please visit our business partner page for a

Feature 4839 - New Polycom Phone Support
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central Manager now adds support for automatic detection
and configuration of the follows Polycom phones:
- SoundPoint 321
- SoundPoint 331
- SoundPoint 335

Feature 4778 - Enhanced WAN Configuration and Feedback
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central now allows users with DHCP enabled for their WAN
to configure alternate DNS servers other than those provided by
their ISP.

Along with the new settings, Business Central Manager will now
provide finer granularity for WAN issues via notifications and
tool tips within the Internet Settings tool.

Issues now reported now include if:
- your WAN gateway is not reachable
- your WAN name server / or servers are not reachable and or are
not valid
- your WAN connection cannot reach servers on the Internet

Feature 4834 - Polycom Phone Application Upgrade to 3.2.1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central will now upgrade all supported Polycom phones to
Polycom's latest release. As a result phones will take longer to
reboot the first time after upgrading Business Central.

The new Polycom Software Upgrade improves the following areas:
- New "Scrolling Status Bar"
- Added navigation button "shortcuts" in "idle mode" for
SoundPoint IP 320, 321, 330, 331
- Improved readability of Menu items when using background
images.

RESOLVED ISSUES - VERSION 1.7.1
======================================================================
The following issues have been fixed in version 1.6.6 of Business
Central 200.

Issue 4754 - Cannot Dial Operator Via VoIP Trunk
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central's dial plan previously did not allow for calls
to the operator (by dialing 0) through a VoIP trunk. All operator
calls were only allowed through the GW310 PSTN gateway.

This problem has been resolved.

Issue 4803 - Malformed Call Detail Record Log
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central incorrectly parsed incoming Caller ID if it
contained a comma (,). As a result some Call Detail Record logs
contained incorrect start time values.

This problem has been resolved.

Issue 4806 - NetMeeting Fails to Connect
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NetMeeting is an application developed by Microsoft that allows
for teleconferencing over the Internet. Due to issues in the
protocol used by NetMeeting (H.323), special configuration is
required by routers to correctly handle the traffic.

Business Central now support conntracks for H.323 connections and
as a result, NetMeeting connections should no longer fail.

Issue 4828 - Some Incoming VoIP Calls to Direct In Dial Numbers
Go to Reception Instead of Configured Workspace.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Previously, Business Central required a perfect match on the
destination phone number when directing incoming VoIP calls to
a workspace's incoming call flow. Business Central will now
match on call with our without the country code (1) at the start
of the number.

Issue 3818 - Improved Incoming Call Processing
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The delay for incoming calls into Business Central from time of
being dialed to ringing has now been improved.

Issue 4949 - Improved Directory Prompt to Include Return to
Auto Attendant Option
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The prompt given to caller who reached the company directory were
not previously given the option to press * to return to the
auto attendant.

This problem has been resolved.

Issue 4832 - Improved Incoming Email Interoperation
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central will now accept malformed incoming email messages
that include NUL characters. Non RFC 3501 compliant messages
sent by non-standard clients in the past would have resulted in
the message being rejected by Business Central.

Issue 4933 - GW310 May Reboot After Editing Configuration
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The GW310 PSTN gateway will now wait until all current calls have
ended before processing a request to update its configuration.

In previous releases, the GW310 may have rebooted if its
configuration (such as line rx gain) was change while it was in
a call.

Issue 4939 - Improved Feedback For Conflicting LAN Subnets
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central Manager now provides feedback to administrators
when editing the current LAN subnet to a range that either
conflicts with:
- previously configured IPsec subnets
- their WAN subnet

Issue 4952 - Reduced Sensitivity of SMTP Relay Server Unreachable
Notification
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central will not only check the health of the SMTP relay
server if it has undelivered email. This should reduce the number
of false positives when dealing with ISPs that have unreliable
SMTP servers.

Issue 4400 - Analog Pager Not Working after LAN Subnet Change
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Business Central's analog page port failed to accept calls after
changing the LAN subnet range.

This problem has been resolved.

Issue 4944 - Improved Load Time of Business Central Manager
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The image size of Business Central Manager has been reduced
therefore improving its load time.
