These release notes describe the new features, resolved issues, and
known issues in this version of Business Central 200.

NEW FEATURES - VERSION 1.7.2
=====================================================================
The following features were added in version 1.7.2 of SUTUS Business
Central 200.

   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Feature 4303 - Multiple Auto Attendants
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Business Central now supports the creation of multiple auto 
   attendants.  This feature may be useful if your organization would
   like:
    - different greetings and options are to be played for incoming 
      callers based on time of day.
    - multiple companies or departments run off the same Business 
      Central.

   Feature 4950 - Configurable Auto Attendant Options
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Business Central now supports single digit (0-9,*,#) actions to be
   aliased for the caller.  Actions allowed to be mapped to a key include:
    - transferring the call to an extension 
    - assistance with the company directory 
    - leaving a message in a workspace's voicemail box
    - re-directing the call an external phone number.

   Feature 4945 - Spam and Virus Email Protection
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Business Central now supports a paid service to protect your 
   employees from spam or emails containing viruses.

   If you have already setup a 3rd party email domain, a one month
   free trial will be activated once upgrading to 1.7.2. Note that 
   each workspace may now set how their incoming email is filtered 
   when a virus, spam or bulk message is received from the outside
   world.

   Feature 2572 - Email Auto Reply
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   To enhance the workspace availability feature introduced in version
   1.7.1, each workspace may now include an email auto reply for both
   the available and unavailable settings. This may be useful for 
   employees on vacation or to notify customers that their email has
   been received.

   Feature 3932 - Click to Dial Phone Support
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   SUTUS Connector is a PC application that provides search-and-dial
   capabilities and incoming caller ID screen pop. Combine the power
   of Microsoft, Google, Customer Relationship Management software
   and your Polycom phone to accelerate and simplify all your phone
   communications with SUTUS Connector.

   Feature 5012 - Enhanced System Backup
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   To allow for better integration with third party backup solutions, 
   Business Central now supports more granular control over when and 
   what is backed up. Newly configurable options include:
    - time of day
    - which days of the week
    - which optional services are included (file, email)
    - chose to optimize backup for speed or size

   Feature 5022 - Increase Email Inbox Maximum Quota
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Business Central has increased the maximum workspace email quota
   from 4 Gb to 16 Gb.  This may be useful for employees who are heavy 
   email users.

   Feature 5002 - Vintrex VoIP Provider Support
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Support for Vintrex VoIP service has been added to Business 
   Central. Please visit our business partner page for a 
   full list of support VoIP providers.

   Feature 4839 - New Polycom Phone Support
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Business Central Manager now adds support for automatic detection 
   and configuration of the follows Polycom phones:
    - SoundStation 5000

   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Feature 5021 - Polycom Phone Application Upgrade to 3.2.3
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Business Central will now upgrade all supported Polycom phones to
   Polycom's latest release. As a result phones will take longer to
   reboot the first time after upgrading Business Central.

   Included in this upgrade is a new "Loud Ringer" ring tone. This may
   be useful for noisy locations.

   The following phones are effected by this update:
    - SoundPoint IP 320, 330
    - SoundPoint IP 321, 331
    - SoundPoint IP 430
    - SoundPoint IP 450
    - SoundPoint IP 550
    - SoundPoint IP 560
    - SoundPoint IP 650
    - SoundPoint IP 670
    - SoundStation IP 5000
    - SoundStation IP 6000
    - SoundStation IP 7000

RESOLVED ISSUES - VERSION 1.7.2
=====================================================================
The following issues have been fixed in version 1.7.2 of Business
Central 200.

   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Issue 4986 - Firewall Port Forwards Rules Sometimes Go Missing
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Business Central under some conditions would stop applying 
   firewall port forwarding rules.

   This problem has been resolved.

   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Issue 5005 - Analog Audio Pager Port May Not work with Some
   Multi-zone Page System
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   The Business Central analog pager port previously did not pass 
   through DTMF digits while in a call.  As a result if the connected
   paging system required the user to enter keys to access different
   page groups, it did not work.

   This problem has been resolved.

   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Issue 5060 - Polycom Phone Model May Not be Recognized By Business
   Central
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Newer Polycom phones have changed the format of how they advertise
   their model number when plugged into a network.  Business Central
   can now recognize the newer format as well as the legacy format.

   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Issue 5146 - Dial 0 for Operator May Not Work for Outside Callers
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Under some conditions, when an out side caller pressed "0" to 
   get help while leaving a voice mail message, they were not
   directed to the Reception but rather to the Company Auto Attendant.

   This problem has been resolved.

   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   Issue 5155 - Ring Phone Forever Callflow Destination Only Rings
   Phones For One Minute
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
   For incoming callflows with a call destination of ring forever, 
   the Polycom phones only rang for one minute.

   This problem has been resolved.
